We can deliver this nhs care certification training at your premises, as long as it’s within the UK. Also, we have our own venues in the UK if you don’t have access to a training room. In addition, we are able to deliver this training virtually using Zoom (Zoom sessions for this course will only be available for Theory only sessions).

We will deliver this care training for a group of up to 12 delegates. Likewise, for larger groups we can either provide multiple trainers on the same day or run multiple days to get everyone trained.

A crucial need for all new employees working in a care setting is the 3-Day Care Certificate Training. It takes the place of the prior common induction standard. All 15 subjects will be covered in this course to guarantee knowledge proficiency. We will provide four full days of instruction covering the fifteen criteria, along with comprehensive hands-on training in life support and safer person handling. For each criteria that is up to par, each delegate will present independent proof. Our trainers will assess the evidence to ensure that they are ready for workplace assessment and observation. Each delegate will complete the knowledge competency sections of each workbook throughout the duration of this course. Every delegate must be internally assessed on the job as per guidelines set out in the care certificate by skills for care. A good standard of literacy is essential for all delegates to complete this care certificate training course.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide full sign off apart from on standard 12 – Basic Life Support. The Care Certificate is designed so that staff are observed ON THE JOB – We can prepare your staff with the knowledge competency and skills to become workplace ready but the rest is down to your own internal assessment and observations. Any training provider claiming to be able to provide full competency and observation sign off is not being honest with you!
